Saturday night supper: fried chicken, rice, peas with snaps, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers (from my garden!) and biscuits. First time using my Pyrex divided casserole dish. Love it! The peaches are ripe. The strawberries are still plentiful. Don't forget the watermelon! There were lots of sunflowers for sale. And lots of annuals and perennials. Love this old picket fence around this booth! But I passed on the state veggie of South Carolina. ;-) Continue reading
