I don't know what you guys are worried about, Sparano & this regime will be fired by mid season anyway and then they'll bring in someone else to fix this mess.
Daboll: All QB options on table, will do whatever it takes
Tony Sparano says he spent 55 hours and talked to five people about the job and he and Jeff Ireland did a lot of homework searching for "somebody that had a really clear vision and shared the same thoughts that I might have for where we want to go offensively. Somebody that came in with an excit...
Earl Thomas or Dan Williams, or possibly McLain. You know Parcells is going defense with the first pick.
You make the pick for the Dolphins at No. 12
Well, for four months since the season ended way too early for the Dolphins, the experts have been debating which player the Dolphins should pick with their first round draft pick -- the No. 12 overall selection. As you know the Dolphins have studied, poked, and prodded every possibility. Before...
Your Mom sounded like a great lady, so sorry for your loss. Keep your chin up man.
Hilda Salguero: Sept 13, 1925 - Sept. 11, 2009
The Dolphins lost a big fan today. My mom, Hilda Salguero, passed at precisely 4:59 this afternoon. She would have been 84 years old on Sunday. You've perhaps read on this blog the past couple of days that I was out with an "injury." Well, that is partially true. I've been suffering from a broke...
Oh, and I forgot, Verizon-LG Dare
Kiper: Ryan better than Henne, Pennington
The NFL draft combine in Indianapolis starts Thursday and to celebrate all the attention and focus we are about to lend to a bunch of dudes running around in shorts and doing everything except, you know, blocking and tackling and making plays from scrimmage, I present to you draft guru Mel Kip...
Ok, Ryan had a great rookie year. But let's look at things a little differently. Let's suppose Parcells took Ryan with the first pick in last year's draft and Henne was taken by Atlanta or possibly Baltimore and became the starter like Flacco and Ryan did and had a great year. Then Pennington became available to the Dolphins. Who do you think would have started for the Dolphins last year? Pennington of course, and Ryan would have sat basically all year just like Henne did, and all of us would be wondering just how good Ryan could be in the future, just like we're wondering about Henne now......

Gotta love Sparano, he's fun to watch on the sidelines. Kinda got that average Joe demeanor, gets all excited & stuff.
Clearing out the Friday notebook
The Dolphins have signed guard Matt McChesney off their practice squad and waived guard Evan Mathis. Mathis has been sharing time with Ikechuku Ndukwe, but that hasn't worked out too well. So Andy Alleman, the backup center, should get his chance to play at right guard this week. McChesney, a fi...
What happened to interviewing Rex Ryan Def. Coord. from the Ravens? He's available now. You know Wayne will go with an experienced HC. I say give one of these young guys a chance. You never know we might find the next up & coming talent.
Dolphin coach search: Looking like Cameron
[Updated Friday afternoon, 1-19. The Herald is now reporting the Dolphins have decided they want Cameron, but that the coach has not yet said yes and will speak with his family before deciding. ESPN.com reports the job has formally been offered.] All indications are that Chargers offensive ...
