The interview below talks about my work as a business development and Evernote Certified Consultant, how I support businesses, and the role Evernote plays. Tell us about yourself. I started Creative Thinking for Business in 2001 after the company I was working for at the time was sold. I was the VP of Sales and Marketing and was suffering from the "terrible too's" at that time. I was making ‘too’ much money, had ‘too’ few opportunities in the local market for new positions, and was ‘too’ old to go down to a lower pay grade. What’s your favorite Evernote feature/function? Why? I’m a Windows and Android user, so I use Evernote on my the Windows tablet and my Android phone. I use Evernote on my phone and desktop to clip articles and throw all of my work inside... What I learned and saw clearly is the mental pictures and self-talk you and I chose to paint sets the stage for the success, prosperity, fulfillment and achievement we experience (or not). Let me see where their challenges are and suggest ways to overcome them." Here's another I like. How about ..."When I do promotions I feel like a used car salesman." (it's always a man in this phrase,... Continue reading

Great observation, David, and something I learned from you a while back. If you aren't showing the REAL you, why do I want to follow, friend, +1 or whatever your dog, cat, flag, egg, favorite historical character, etc. The answer, I probably don't. I wish everyone has a chance to read and consider this idea.
