CPAP
I guess I'm not good at keeping a blog. So, I'm either going to try to post something once in a while or I'll just let the whole thing slip through my fingers. Just a quick update for now. I've had a decent riding and hiking summer thanks to my CPAP machine, which I picked up at the end of May. While I did not complete a Century and my longest single day ride remains about 60 or so miles, stopped feeling like I was going to have a heart attack and being immediately dead tired after everything I do.... The January thaw continues with the temperature supposedly going into the 40's. Unlike a couple days ago when things were warm and stormy, today should be sunny. So, I decided to take a day off and enjoy what should be a great opportunity to put on a few miles under my legs (with out getting frostbite) rather than putting on a few pounds on my tummy.
