As long as the dvds are returned to NF playable and in one piece it none of NF's business what customers do/don't do with the dvds.

Simple, pick the new plan and cancel it before your billing date. You have 10 days after canceling to get movies back. Or just dispute charge with CC because BB wouldn't be fulfilling their end of the contract.

I haven't had a movie shipped since 2/22.
I've sent those idiots a complaint everyday for the last 7 days. I get the same sorry excuses every time and at least 1 free coupon, of course. I now have a pile of about 10 coupons from this fiasco. Hardly worth it anymore. I shouldn't have to chase these idiots down to get what I paid for.
