I learned to knit when I lived in Mexico, at a local community center and knit a bunch of stuff including barbie sized clothes I would invent and sell. That was about 15 years ago. Then about a couple of years ago I had some yarn laying around the house and decided to look online to see if I could find a free pattern and found ravelry.com and I've been steadily knitting.
LOVE the colorway on today's yarn! Purple is my favorite color.

I send cards out to family and friends - usually about 30 cards or so. Usually I'll go to Target and hit the 75% off sale after christmas and buy the nicer cards and use those for the next year's mailing.
