This is an interesting approach. But surely there are many instances where - despite the person opening and reading the newsletter, ClickDimensions does not receive an 'open' or click notification (for example if the recipient does not download images). So in this instance, are you not at risk of sending the newsletter a second time to somebody who has already read it, and therefore bugging them for nothing? This sounds risky.
