I am glad this law passed. because now I can carry concealed with out the training. not that I don't want to take the training its just know one wants to put me in a course due to me being blind. I had a great relationship with a local range I bought guns rounds targets, snapcaps, personal training speedloaders, multiple holsters etc, but when I wanted to take the CCW course (with the understanding that I know I might not get the 10 ring part successfully) I just wanted the education of the laws.
