Thanks for following me over to Typepad! Spring is nearly here. The girls have been gamboling about like little lambs. The air smells different. There's mud everywhere. We're thinking and talking about gardens and there are pictures of vegetables stuck to the refrigerator. We want to be outside and play outside and Catherine has started to keep a notebook about all she knows about fairies. Where they live, how you can tell if you're standing by a tree that has fairies in it and more. In a word, we're excited. Excited by spring. By the snowdrops pushing through the dirt all around the neighborhood, by the tulips that we know are next. Of course, it will probably snow again, maybe even this week, but spring is coming, we can feel in the air, the light, the kids, the geese, the robins and the buds seem to be humming with energy in the bare, dark trees -- spring is coming!
