I said it before and I will say it again, this is a huge, "HUMONGOUS" legal attack to our Constitution. The ramifications of this ruling are not "JUST" a first step to legalization of, "Sharia Law," being made equal to our constitutional law, this is law by judicial decree, just like, "Roe vs. Wade". Roe vs Wade was not a legislated law it was a judicial ruling by the Supreme Court (which said abortion the way it was applied was illegal),and it never should have been allowed to become a "legal law" until it was a legislated law. So whether you are for abortion or not, is not the question. The Constitution of the United States provides for the making of new laws through the legislative body of our government, the House and the Senate. Congress is to make the laws, which are sent to the president to sign (or not), making them law (there is even a provision "if" the president will not sign). The courts of our land are to abide by the laws and the higher courts with the Supreme Court being the highest court in the land (final say), rule on the on the legality of the law. Since that time (Roe vs.Wade, especially), lawyers and judges have been making law (from the bench or court), instead of abiding by legislated law. Other Judgments’ and defenses' have been allowed in, because of other judges rulings’; the outcome of which has been disastrous. And listen up people, Muslims are not the only one's wanting to weaken and destroy our Constitutional liberties and freedoms, this has been an on-going war of the Liberal Left for a long time, too long. The A.C.L.U. has destroyed our founding fathers vision of "Freedom of Religion"; namely the multitude of law suits against Christians. I sincerely hope and urge, Ernest Perce, to have this ruling over turned and legal action taken against, Talaag Elbayomy, the Muslim man, who grabbed him, choked him from behind, and spun him around. I sincerely, hope that Mr. Perce, will peruse a law suit against Judge Mark W. Martin in a civil court, and bring pressure to bear to have this Un-Constitutional ruling over turned and the judge removed from the bench permently. I sincerely hope the Atheists' will rally round Mr. Perce and provide him with all and any assistance he needs to peruse this. I also hope they (the Atheists'), will put pressure on all elected officials to remove this judge from his position, a position he does not deserve the right to hold. There are many legal avenues of pursuit that can and should be pursued by Mr. Perce, to have this judgment over turned. The suppression of evidence into the proceedings and the judges "flippant remarks" and total disrespect concerning the arresting officer’s testimony, and its possible un-reliability are inexcusable. The ratings and exhortations of the judge concerning "Islam"... and Muslims (their offenses, culture and rights), are all sound reason to peruse other legal avenues to overturn this ruling and to obtain justice. While the judge had a right to state his personal opinion concerning "His" faith and belief and that "He" was personally offended as a Muslim, "IF" he could not judge the case according to the laws of the Constitution of United States, he should have recused himself. THAT WAS HIS OBLIGATION!!! I say again, this is a very serious attack on our Constitution; one that needs to be addressed immediately, strongly and with vigor; or we WILL live to see all women wearing burquas in America, our daughters raped our sons beaten; the prisons and grave yards filled with non-Muslims who too late raised their voice. If you think that this is an overreaction by an Alarmists', to a small issue, you are sadly wrong!!!

I am a born again Christian and I am appalled (ashammed), at this resolution. Where is your support for the presuceted Christians in Muslim lands? Your directive should be to oppose the hostility of Islam to all people throughout the world, and especially toward Christians in mulsim lands. Christians throughout the muslim world are today being burned to death (murdered daily), raped, forced to convert to Islam, maimed, beated, starved. Their homes, buisnesses and churchs are destroyed daily. I could understand if you wanted prayer for muslims. Prayer is the Christian directive for and against evil, and Islam is an evil. While we are to love the unbeliever (and pray for them), we as Christians are not to join with the evil (of the unbeliever), but to fight it! Fight it until Jesus comes! Perhaps your church body has the muslim Jesus, who when he comes again, will break all crosses and put to death all belivers who hold that he is the son of God. I will never set foot in any of the churchs within your congreation. For you and you elders listen with "tickled ears" and have left the truth bible and the faith of Jesus. The question "What would Jesus do?" comes to mind, He would love the sinner but hate the sin (Islam is a sin and thoes caught in it are sinning). Jesus would not endorse a lie. We as Christians are to stand for truth, for only the truth of Jesus sets people free.
