Everyone who has ever been shot and killed or beaten, could have also easily avoided it by staying home and hiding under their beds. But in the real world, you 'should' have a right to be in a public place and expect a reasonable amount of personal safety from being attacked by black hood wearing thugs with drugs in their bloodstream ! In other words, criminals have the right to walk the streets at night, but law abiding citizens do not. If they do, then they are intimidating the thugs and deserve being assaulted ? What a great country we live in ! You have to lock the doors and hide in your house after dark !!!
