Sales renewal rates= How often a customer comes back to the business.(Asda and Tesco has good offers and that's why people go back). >No. of queries or complaints about your products or services= How well your doing, about the number of complaints.(U Play in Cowley Road, I brought a xbox360 game and and went home a put it in the xbox360 and didn't work so i went back got a new game and complained about them). >No. of complaints about your employees= The number of complaints about the staff.(when your do something accidental in a shop(Co-op) they start being rude...
