Thanks Queenie. I have had to have a day in bed after getting overheated. It was a good wake up call .Long arm cross stitch is also called Slavic Cross stitch if you go looking for it.

I lost this piece ages ago. I still had all the instructions but the piece of embroidery disappeared. I thought it was gone forever and then there it was on top of everything when I unpacked the moving.
