We have rest time after lunch too. It is absolutely essential for all our sanity! I'm waiting on a new stack of requests from the library, so I'm rereading Emma. Jane Austen seems to always make her way onto my reading list.

So sweet! It took me a very long time to appreciate my own red locks. Now I'm a bit disappointed that none of my own babes have red on their heads.

My girls and I love to cook and craft together. And sometimes even my 16yo son jumps into the fun, but not very often these days. He has an angsty teen rep to protect. These books look like a wonderful addition to our collection. Thanks for another great giveaway!

Me too. And it didn't help when my girls started talking about how they wanted their weddings to be one day.

I've been doing the same thing so very much this summer! The house is really beginning to show it's neglect though. It will all get done eventually.

There were so many wonderful moments over the weekend. One of my favorites was our backyard campout. We were so busy all day cleaning, working in the yard, and harvesting potatoes at Nana's that we almost forgot about camping out.... Continue reading
