I think I decided a year ago to sell these. Which means it has taken me a year to finish cleaning them all out. I suck! =) There are 30 of the small ones, 24 of the tall ones. The tall ones I bought new, but I added the labels, hand wrote the numbers, and aged both the labels and the corks to look more like the vintage small ones. I recently had some prints returned to me that had been used for a show years ago, and so i'm offering them up to you guys for whatever you'd like to pay for them. [Within reason!] The top ones are all matted, and framed in clip frames with glass [save for one that broke during shipping.] If you want them framed there will be a higher shipping cost. [Click image to see larger] My first [sucessfully finished] mixed media pieces. These are two 13x19 inkjet prints with a layer of tissue paper attached to them. Left one [Still Ending] was punctured and torn, right one [and Beginning Still] was dealt the same treatment, then ripped up to the head, and sewn back together on the bottom with white thread. I've been selling and shipping prints now for maybe 10 or so years, and I still don't have it figured out. This is annoying, especially since i've spent hours talking to people, hearing what they prefer, and researching different materials and figuring out prices and on and on. And i've done this over and over again. For small prints it's relatively easy and i'm fine with how I do those now. I'm beginning work on what will be a mixed-media series of portraits that will probably be in progress for a while. I need people who are not only willing to come to me to have some relatively simple portraits taken, but who are also willing to answer some not so simple, and kind of personal, questions about themselves. Photography wise things have been interesting for me. On one hand, i've been super inspired lately, and the file on my computer i write all my ideas down into has been getting longer and longer. But on the other hand, i've had very little motivation to actually shoot any of it. Part of that is difficulty, a lot of them are ideas i could shoot as self portraits, but not easily, which leads to my constant dilemna of do i wait or shoot it with myself, because shooting it with myself likely means relying more heavily on altering things digitally....
