I`ve been secretly busy in the background producing a new online class for you all. A new WaterColor Series that is offered in 4 parts - 1 new watercolor class each month!!! Yipeeeeeeeeeeeee! I am so psyched about this class. It`s fun, it`s easy and it combines watercolor painting with some of my usual whimsical and colorful style. Never used watercolor paints before? Don't worry, from beginner to expert my non-traditional use of watercolors will be new for everyone! We are going to paint houses, and girls and flowers and objects - oh what fun. When I reviewed my videos... Continue reading

Thought I would share some videos on a weekly basis - just for fun! Or maybe bi weekly or monthly - or however it work out lol lol! This is one I made I think more because I loved the song: Damien Rice's "Blower's Daughter". I added some of my work pieces to go along with this somewhat haunting tune. The story behind this song is strange and helps you understand the story a little more. Its actually based on when Damien Rice worked in a telemarketing firm. He was calling homes and at one point reached a girl with... Continue reading

Sometimes less is more ... Let me explain. As you know I just moved and so a lot of my stuff is still in boxes and I haven't gotten through all my art supplies yet. As I start putting things in place in my new condo I keep reminding myself to use the things I love and to display the things I love - I want to be surrounded by all the things I have kept in drawers, and storage boxes for years only waiting for the right time to use them. Well now is the time. But it's not always easy to figure out ways to display some of the things we create or things we love. Sometimes they are too small, or sometimes they are suited for another purpose other than display. So... Continue reading
