He needs to go. He's not helping the team and I can't believe they didn't do more about this. He obviously wasn't a tremendous asset in 2009 be it injuries, insubordination or what not.

I agree. I also think it's still to early to judge the 2008 draft. These guys have only had 2 years in the NFL but a preliminary review spells success for me.
Most fans want success now. The draft makes you build a team and wait for success. I'm still giving this regime another 2 years. I expect playoffs next year and being a true SB contender in 2011.
