Are they allowed to use the API documentation? One issue that I have is that having used several languages is that I can't keep the various libraries straight (most of my jobs are SQL Developer so I am an expert on any one programming language). If you ask me to write something simple with basic arrays/etc. no problem. But once we go into the library, I would probably need to refer to the api reference. So I was wondering if that is considered not being able to program under your test.
