when you say "brings the drive screeching to a General Lee halt." are you referring to the civil war general being halted on his advance into the north at the battle of Gettysburg? or the car from the eighties TV show, Dukes of Hazard, that would always brake hard when it arrived to its destination kicking up dust? or maybe its both a reference within a reference, wrapped in an enigma? very clever.
