My GI put me on this medication for a while. It did help, but it didn't eliminate the problems. I've found that dietary changes have improved things much more significantly. I've read that SIBO patients often have a problem with improper muscular contractions of the intestine, and I can't help but wonder if it's somewhat related to the unpleasant contortions that show up with fructose malabsorption...not to mention feeding the buggers.

The day after I saw this video, I was telling some friends (who are married) about it. I met them the next day for lunch, and they gave this particular ornament to me as a Christmas present! My Christmas tree has reached a new level of nerdiness now. :-)
