Queen of Beads was my very first beaded sock. Since then, I've progressed from pre-stringing to using a dental super floss. Please google to save you time. The dental floss is smaller than the crochet hook and does not tear up your yarn if you don't get the hook over all plies of the yarn. I use size 6 for shawls and 8 for socks.. How do you feel about the size 6 on the sock? You do need a torso if you're knitting shawls now. The shawl on Lola looks like a skirt.

You really have to frog? It appears nice as a moebius? I usually can tell when I twisted it when I get to the last stitch. At that point, I retwist the last stitch so everything is right side up - except if you look really carefully, you'll see the twist on the edge. I'm too lazy to frog and tink back 250+ stitches.

So glad to see you leave Halifax. Maybe one year, after you get your passport, you may venture to Portland. Look out for mail from Minnesota.

Oh! Thats a very good question. I forgot to put that down. Im giving myself a 25 limit. After finishing projects... I would be lying to myself if I dont buy any, so 25 is MORE than I really should, but why put zero if I know I will not attain that.... So thats abit scary for myself to limit myself to buying an average of 2 skeins of yarn a month!
