HI tom, Hope your are well. I spoke to your last year at wnbr in london, you were on the back of a tandem. I am diagnosed as a coeliac with multiple food intolerances and i also go cycle touring. I am getting a bit fed up with Basmati Rice, eggs and tomoatoes as a staple on the road. Any suggestions.
