Russia looks solid. I'm disappointed in the Poles, I was hoping for more chances and finishing. Also, when the Greeks display offense prowess against you, it's time to tighten up the back line.
I'm disappointed that there's not a game on Fox (regular Fox) this Sunday. Is there a reason why they aren't showing Man U's game on their flagship station?

Suarez just has the kind of face that you just want to punch.
While the chips and lobs are neat, I love a good power shot from distance. I voted Amarikwa.
Spot on about Howard. His positioning was terrific. Some people probably didn't notice his play because he didn't have an spectacular saves. However, those saves weren't needed due to his ability to read the game and put himself in position.
You apparently missed the joke. Check the recent espn fiasco Sent from my iPad
Well done
Does the US soccer federation really profit off of it? I don't see why they have a say whether a private stadium lets two other countries play in their stadium. If I were a stadium owner, especially in the south, I'd host all the Mexico games I could. Big money in that. Further, I wouldn't give a dime to the USSF, or care what they had to say.
Agreed. Some people may not tune in because of the lack of big names outside of Ivory Coast and Ghana, but these teams play an entertaining brand of soccer. Plus, how cool is it that a country like Zambia made it to the final?!
It seems kind of dangerous to be running and holding each other's heads so closely. If their strides got even a little off, they could collide heads. It would leave a nice bump on their noggins.

If nothing else, he provides us with an awesome name.
I love that the players are taking this serious and mixing it up a bit. It's great when players show some fire and realize when it's time for them to step up.
Here's some trivia. The largest margin of victory by the Philippines national team is 15-2 over Japan in 1917. Their largest margin of defeat was also to Japan, losing 15-0 in 1967. I just had to Wikipedia it after I heard that the Philippines had a national team.

I hope this is sarcasm and I just can't tell. I have trouble detecting it sometimes.
That's a bit of an overstatement
Me too, I thought he was an intriguing prospect after the U-20 World Cup. I was mildly surprised to see him go to the NASL
To the SBI crew - your coverage of the MLS Cup has been extraordinary. Thanks for working hard to bring us this unparalleled coverage. We appreciate it.
I second Missoula, MT. Washington-Grizzly stadium would be rocking!
Get over yourself. As indicated by the above comments, Ibra had it coming. Personally, I love an enforcer CB who won't take any guff.
If I recall correctly, he scored a similar goal in the World Cup. Similar spot and bend.

That could be the best video on the internet. I love how Klinsi is feeling the groove. Does anybody know, are the Village People doing weddings?
The linesman probably dove, seeking a red card for the fans.
