Wil, I know this may not help you (seeing as you needed the shipment by today), but you can use http://www.usetrackthis.com to get automatic updates when your package is scanned. I ship all the time and it helps me out greatly. It can SMS, email or even direct message you on Twitter to let you know when your shipment is scanned. Pretty handy.

I bought Sunken Treasure, so I have no qualms purchasing any short fiction you produce. After all, it's all entertaining, and that's all we are going for with fiction, right?

Wil, I want you to know you're not alone. My partner and myself rescued a dog from a Wal-Mart parking lot in 1997. She was 2 then. She was covered in mud, her hair was matted, and she smelled of terrible things we won't mention here. Dad, who was picking up groceries, was approached by the "greeter" who said, "You should take that poor girl home" (speaking of the dog). He said, "If she follows me to the van, AND gets in, then she can come home with me." And, as if on cue, her ears perked up, dad walked briskly to the van, opened the door, she hopped up, crawled over the center console and into the passenger seat. Patiently waiting, she looked at dad, head cocked to the side as if to ask, "Well? We gonna get this show on the road or what?" We named her Poochie, because we weren't going to keep her. And now, 12 years later, she's an old lady who coughs a whole lot, she's gone nearly blind in both eyes, and she can't hear worth a damn. But that's okay. Just to keep her on her toes, we rearrange the furniture. It's mean, but it gives her something to look forward to. So, when she goes to that great open park in the sky, we will be in the exact same spot you are in right this moment. Crying until our eyes feel like they are going to fall out of our heads, snot streaming from both nostrils, and searing headaches all around. Our love goes out to you and your family. Sincerely, Blake

If you like that book of non-fiction, then you'd probably like this book of fiction. Written by Rick Dakan, Geek Mafia is one of the best psuedo-cyber mysteries I've read in years. He's released at least one sequel. Also, these books USED to be available for download from his website for free. It seems he gave up that practice, but they were all licensed under Creative Commons for a while. http://www.rickdakan.com Geek Mafia (teh beestest) Geek Mafia: Mile Zero

Wil, may I just say... Squee! You've reawakened all the reasons I loved DMing my group back in highschool. I guess I'm going to have to wrangle some new adventurers to go tromping through dungeons and caves again. Hawesome work, my friend. Blake Follow me on twitter!

'Tis true, your EPIC FAIL did cause you to be late on your work, but you got to spend time with your family. In my book, and yours as well, that's more important. So, for better or worse, plagiarism and all, you did the right thing. Now, time to go throw the frisbee!

You know that feeling you get when you read/hear/watch something that's really awesome? You don't? Okay, well here it is. Squeeeeeeeeee! I just felt that after reading this. Wierd, huh? Thanks for the tweets. You owe me $32 in overage fees. :)

Wil, I'd have to agree with ZenMom. This would be an awesome blog if all you ever talked about was your addiction to Geek Culture and how you give in to your habits (all while writing about it so eloquently). But as a father, you're a great example, especially to those people out there with "step-children". Now, onto what "I" really want. I want a walkthrough of Button Men. I've found the Manual Online, but it's so FREAKIN complicated to read through. And you make it seem so simple. And I wanna play so bad! I've got all these dice! ALL THESE DICE! Ahem. Sorry 'bout that. Don't really know what happened.

I thought Ted Kord's final scene in the episode was your best acting, personally. All in all, awesome episode. I liked the banter between Silver Age Blue Beetle and Batman. Like, man, these guys must have roomed in college or something. Totally believable.

Perhaps we could make a choir of "squees", some sort of melodic geekiness that will awaken all geeks from their dormant state. Or then again, maybe we could just squee on ourselves...

I've got a mirror up for RFB Halloween Edition. However, my server was doing something funky with the m4a file, so I converted that puppy to an MP3. Hawesome.
