I was going to say Torchwood but it doesn't really strike me as something you've wanted to be on for years, for as you've mentioned Doctor Who before, you haven't really mentioned Torchwood. Though, I suppose that , a lot of the people involved in Torchwood are also involved in Doctor Who. And I heard rumors of some seriously fucked up characters showing up on the new American season. I'm over thinking and am intrigued, to say the least.

All this week, I'm recording the audio version of John Scalzi's The Android's Dream. It's a delightful book, with wonderful characters, smart dialog, and some of the most enjoyable side trips into world building I've ever read in a SF novel. Also, it's really, really funny. Tomorrow, I'm going i...
Awwww, you're not doing Pitch Your Game Idea? Sad ;(. Alas, I will soldier on, in the attempts to represent Geek Girls and win swag.
My 2010 PAX Prime Schedule
When I was at GenCon last month, I signed autographs and stuff for close to six hours a day. I got to meet a lot of people (and took home about ten pounds of dice!) but I hardly got to see any of the con, and I got to play a grand total of three games while I was there. I’ve been working my ass ...
This story is too adorable for words. Rock Band is the closest I've ever come to being a rock star and every time I pick up that guitar or those drum sticks, I think to myself "This is going to be so badass" and every time it is completely lame because I suck at Rock Band.
And now that we know Niall plays the guitar and drums, I fully expect Eureka to have an episode where the town experiences some sort of scientific mishap and can only be saved by Zane performing some mad licks with Henry providing vocals. Eureka writers, I'm looking at you.
a quick one while i'm away...
Yesterday, Niall Matter and I went over to Granville Island for lunch and shopping at the public market. Matt Hastings, who is one of the producers, met us, and we had a really nice time sitting on the deck of this restaurant, enjoying the beautiful day, and some great food. We talked about all ...
Loved the episode! It just had some many good things going for it. The zombie plot, Jo Lupo kicking ass, dickish Fargo, great character beats between Henry/Grant, Alison/Carter/Tess, and Jo/Zane, and last, but not least, it had you being totally cray-cray. There's so much potential in the NolWep lab and I really hope they have you back in the future. Is this the only write up you're going to do on Eureka, because I'm definitely a sucker for behind the scenes stories and you're a great story teller, so I'm hoping for more. Anyways, the episode was a job well done all around!
P.s. This may make me sound 12 years old, but Niall Matter is totally dreamy and they fact that he's a cool dude in real life makes him even dreamier. *sigh*.
Fargo is, after all, the boss of us ...
This post contains spoilers. You have been warned. If I've pushed the Big Red Button correctly, this should post automatically right after my episode of Eureka, All the Rage, has concluded in the Eastern time zone. I'm at Comic-Con right now, and I've just seen this episode in its entirety for t...
Felicia is such an inspiration. It's so wonderful to see creativity beat the odds, especially from a woman. Hollywood seems to think that smart, funny women aren't interesting enough to invest in, which we all know is completely false. I can't wait to see what other great things she's going to bring to the community.

Spoiler alert: If this interests you, you really want to listen to Radio Free Burrito Episode 28.
There was so much pure awesome in this episode, all packed into 43 minutes of goodness. Great, great job. I'm very excited for the Chaos robot spin-off, I must say.
Just one question:
Is Noa Tishby actually *that hot* in person? I think she turned me gay. I'm at least looking into it. You know, doing research, weighing the pros and cons, that sort of thing.
Leverage - The Two Live Crew Job
Early feedback from tonight's episode of Leverage is overwhelmingly positive, which delights me. I'm so happy to hear that so many people liked it. If you've seen the show already, you may get a kick out of the pictures I took during production and just added to Flickr, but there are spoilers, s...

Aw, Wil, I'm so sorry. I never had a really close bond with a pet before. I did have a cat but he spent most of his days outdoors and away from me. I've always longed for one, though, a human companion that I could truly call my own. And I've always felt incredibly jealous of those who could claim they had something like that.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that, like all people who connect with something or someone in a meaningful way, you're one of the lucky ones. And while it's extremely painful now, you will always have that special connection to look back on. I hope this makes you feel better.
My condolences.
i can't think of a title, so i'll just say thank you
I once had a terrible case of the flu. In addition to the body aches and chills and stuff, I was puking my brains out all over the place all the time. The worst part of it was that it would happen with no warning; one second I was fine, and then I'd suddenly feel my stomach turn, and I'd be thro...
