Barry Richard is no constitutional expert. He is the lawyer for The Florida Bar. The Florida Bar is presently spending $300,000 illegally to try to secure retention of these three Justices. It is a vioaltion of two US Supreme Court cases, Lathrop and Keller, for a state bar to spend money in this fashion--for a political cause or candidates. This article also does not disclose that Barry Richard, according to Secretary of State records has donated campaign cash to only three candidates in the upcoming general election. Guess which three? These three Supreme Court Justices! So let's not pretend Barry Richard is some kind of constitutional oracle. He is a gun hired by The Florida Bar to try to paper over the illegal acts, the serial attacks on the US Constitution, by the Florida Supreme Court.
