Tina@flourtrader: This really does put a delicious spin on what I know to be Mac and Cheese! I like the ingredients you pulled together here and I surely would have a second helping of this. While I rarely get my hands on lobster tails, this recipe will most likely be floating around in the back of my mind until I do. Awesome post!

Tina@flourtrader: With all the craziness of the upcoming holidays and the weather here in Texas, chicken soup sounds perfect right about now. It looks delicious and the extra bonus is that it is fairly easy to make-I am ready to get the soup on. Yum!

Tina@flourtrader: Great idea trying to add something new in the mix, especially when everyone is trying to keep with the traditional goodies. I like poached pears by themselves, but with the crust-that really does make for a special dessert. Glad you shared this one-delicious and elegant.

from Tina@flourtrader- I missed your tasty chicken, glad to find the link here! Also, I do believe that food goes through fads and sometimes overkill is what really squashes them. I like cupcakes still but I agree they are not the rage they used to be. Food trucks-well I always thought of them as a stepping stone to having a restaurant and am surprised to learn that people don't want to progress out of the food truck business. You have a great weekend also!
