Sounds like you had a grand time in my homeland. In the 25 years I lived in Brisbane (I looked out over Moreton Island just about every day of the first half of my life), I never made it out there. Maybe that's something for my next trip back home. Closest thing I get to that lovely ocean view now is the Great Salt Lake, which just doesn't compare!
