Cuccinelli is not a "birther" or whatever you want to call people who insist Obama was born overseas. I know him well, and he doesn't go for extreme policies, including this one. Ken believes in following the Constitutions of the US and Commonwealth, and all laws that comply with them. This recording is lame; he is merely saying that if someone came out with proven evidence Obama was not born in the US, there would be questions as to the legitimacy of laws signed by him. It is an interesting question for constitutional scholars, but nowhere in the quote is Cuccinelli saying he believes Obama was foreign-born or that he will sue to prove so. This is just another pathetic attack against someone who is doing a good job enforcing the law in VA.
