Nothing has changed, as much as the media, the GOPe, and the U.S. Chamber of Crypto-Fascist, Crony Commerce would like you to believe. Without Trump in the race, absolutely all of the other presidential candidates, including Sens Cruz and Rubio, would be totally beholding to the GOPe and to the special interest donors of their Super Pacs once in office
I am sorry to point this out, but George P. Bush is not an Art. II §I Cl. 5 natural born Citizen. An Art. II §I Cl. 5 natural born Citizen is a person born exclusively under U.S. sovereignty. George P. Bush, according to the Mexican Constitution, was born a U.S. citizen and a Mexican national.
Americans who care nothing, or know nothing, about the natural born citizenship clause contained in Article ll, care nothing, or know nothing, about who the "We" are in "We the People".

Mario Diaz-Balart, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Carlos Curbelo should be building support in Congress to bring Cuba in the union as the 51st state, rather than playing around with immigrant reform

Although I stand with Sen Cruz on most issues of the day, Sen. Cruz is not a natural born US citizen but a statutory US citizen. Words in the US Const. mean something, every, single one of them. "Natural" means without the enforcement of positive (man-made) law. I hope Sen Cruz, at some point in time, will see the error of his ways, even if perhaps some of his more ardent supporters cannot, and leads the fight to restore our most cherished American birthright from the gutter it has been placed by our courts. If he does such a thing, I am sure he will find himself sitting on the bench of the US Supreme Court, perhaps even as its chief justice for many years to come, and enter the history books with his head held up high. Do Georgians favor ObamaCare or a more conservative approach to health care insurance? ex animo davidfarrar
ELVIN T. LIM, author of "The Lovers' Quarrel, The Two Foundings and American Political Development", states that the "Federalist Party" was the first political party founded in America by Alexander Hamilton, and the Democratic-Republican Party, or the Republican Party, was formed a few years later by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison when they saw the need to have a nationwide party to counteract the nationwide Federalist Party? Am I missing something? ex animo davidfarrar

So how does Rep Kingston square his anti-amnesty beliefs, as well as his birthright citizenship restrictions, which are designed to prevent the offspring of illegal aliens born within the jurisdiction from becoming Art. II §I cl. 4 natural born US citizens, which I strongly support, with his US Chamber of Commerce endorsement? ex animo davidfarrar

---Again, Nothing has been proven as to where and when Obama was born. The only thing a state certified birth certificate "proves" is that a birth occurred and it was recorded (OEI- 07-99-00570). Everthing else on a birth certificate has to be proven the old fashion way: by a preponderance of evidence. Even if we were to take Barack Obama's two Hawaiian birth certificates at face value, it would clearly demonstrate he is not an Article ll 'natural born' Citizen because his father wasn't an American citizen when Barack was born. Mitt Romney has a similar problem...his father was born in Mexico to expatriated US citizen parents who gave up their US citizen to be allowed by Mexican authorities to colonize in Mexico. By natural law, an Article ll 'natural born' Citizen is a person born a US citizen under the cloak of allegiance of their father. That is what De Vattel observed, and is till the natural law of inheritance. Allowing the courts to decide who is or who isn't a 'natural born' Citizen allows the government to create the 'ruling class' rather than our founding fathers and the Constitution. ex animo davidfarrar
Although I know Sen. Rubio personally, and to his credit, he has not accepted a place on the Republican vice-president ticket, he has thus far not only failed to lead on the issue of an Art. II, natural born Citizen debate, but now he is adding and abetting Obama's Natural-born Citizenship conspiracy. I, for one, am bitterly disappointed in his failure of leadership in this regard. Sen. Rubio, if you are reading this...get in touch with me on this issue and we can get it straightened out. ex animo davidfarrar

Because his parents delayed their naturalization process until after Sen. Rubio was born, according to US Supreme Court precedent, he, like Obama, isn't qualified to take the oarth of office of the presidency or the vice-presidency . ex animo davidfarrar
