He almost sounded sad when Rondo finished that incredible lay up in OT.
Recap: Sometimes grit and balls isn't enough
An epic performance by Rajon Rondo and a tremendous "grit and balls" effort by the Celtics tonight was marred by wretched officiating. I didn't want to bitch about the officials. The game was too good. But I can't stomach the bias. Just look at the photo. With the game tied at 105 in overtime...
It was an amazing game. It wasn't our best game, but I enjoyed watching it a lot. I have no words for KG and Rondo, but Bradley was so good tonight. It's a great feeling to see a player on your own team, developing his game like that.

I'm not gonna say anything about Marc Davis, but it's the leagues fault to assign him to the game last night. Especially considering how much of a f-up that last Atlanta game was at the Garden and he was a big part of it.
Does ref Marc Davis have a grudge against Boston?
The official who tossed Rajon Rondo from last night's game is no stranger to controversy, publicity or the Celtics. Many NBA analysts claim Marc Davis is one of those officials who love and seek out the spotlight. During an appearance this morning on WEEI, disgraced former referee Tim Donaghy s...
That was definitely a scary moment. But I loved how Rondo moved the cameras to protect his teammate. That was an old school move.
Brandon Bass Injury Scare vs Hawks
With just over a minute to go in overtime of a grueling game against the Atlanta Hawks, Brandon Bass landed awkwardly on his foot, which looked like he sprained an ankle at first. He stayed on the floor, seemingly in some serious pain clutching his knee. The Garden crowd and Celtics fans every...
