YUMMM - Kale is very prolific. I didn't even plant any Kale this season (winter in AZ where we garden all year round) and it popped up all over mmy garden form last year's seeds! I had over seeded the garden heavily with about 25 different kinds of veggies and flower seeds as I reinvigoiarted a new garden bed. Hwat a nice surprised to see all this volunteer kale and now I have a great recipe to cook them!!
