That's a big reason why stores don't "bust people" for poor parking habits - fire lane parking, taking two spots, in handicapped spot when one isn't handicapped, or parking on yellow lined areas next to handicapped spots so they can't have ease of exit those lines are meant to create. Stores don't want to tick off "bad" customers, so they'll let them do what they want and annoy others... He did not have the right to act poorly, but he did have a reason - both parties need to be addressed for their behavior - an employee that feels his boss has his back is worth a dozen that don't!
