Girls that cute have been playing RPGs for years. But it's also years of men & boys not taking cute girls seriously. Or any women for that matter.
I still, after 20+ years playing, have people ask me if I'm shopping for "your husband/boyfriend/sons". Maybe if more men took women seriously as *gamers* and not just interested if they're "cute", it might even the odds a bit.

I think this was my favorite GenCon so far and it didn't have anything to do with you being there. *wink* Okay, so that was awesome; I'm the goofball yelling the Mensa stuff with you when my sister handed you a cookie from GeekyCookies (One of my projects was to get one to you.)
At any rate, I wasn't working, got to play a LOT of great games, spend a huge amount of time drinking delish beers (they have Stone beers & more over at Scotty's, plus open gaming tables) and meeting AMAZING friends, old and new!

Wil, this post (and your others about why gaming is important) are such an inspiration. I was crying over it, much like we had half the room crying at your session at #PAX Prime last year. Heck, I think I'm /still/ misty-eyed.
At any rate, I am glad you are able to share with us all, why #PAX is such an amazing event. I run into people who say, "I don't like that Penny Arcade comic. Why would I want to go to their stupid convention?".

I've played with the Sea Side expansion a couple times in one sitting and I did extremely well with it. However, if you don't figure out the right combos to use with the coins and islands, it's kinda wonky. I thought I'd like it more, but maybe I need more playtime with it.

I absolutely agree about Dominion. We take it (and the two expansions) with us wherever we go. I've only recently played Small World, even though we bought it a while back.
Another quick & fun cooperative game you should try is Red November. It was actually our most popular game at SteamCon!
I'm a big fan of the Savage Worlds system and I think you'll enjoy it, too. And YES, I'm really excited about the Dragon Age RPG. I think Chris has designed a winner on this one, to be sure.
