this weekend marks beginning of week seven from baby steps - walking 30 minutes around the neighborhood, to walk/run on the nearby trail, and now running my miles. a big step was last week - switching to the morning. as in 530 am alarm, out the door at 6 am.... Continue reading

oh my sounds delightful! wish i could squeeze into the back or the passenger seat and share the driving. dying for a week at a beach and cornwall would be extra special ;o sigh one year! cant wait to see lots of photos and hear about sleeping and walks on the beach and naps and walks and eating and naps and.... ;o it will be wonderful to be at the beach with those adorable girls!
