Carl -- I so agree with you that running in the summer (it is now 108 in Tucson) is a huge challenge to one's comfort zone. For me as an asthmatic the heat can be like inhaling a furnace -- it just scorches. So I run now just before dawn when it's only 70s and no bright sun! I would love to run at night, but where we run in the wash the coyotes, who are shy in the morning are a bit too bold in the night. But I love the cool of the early, early morning. Just wondering what it will be like to run in the monsoons??
