How many respectful kids will have to fall at the hands of "Bad Actors" before The city decides to close it down? Life is full of authority from your home to your work to your government. You are forced to obey laws regardless if the are made by the parents or the city, It's part of life. Kids need to be taught how to respect authority. and not try to buck the system when something doesn't go there way. Skate parks didn't solve the problem completly and on any give day you won't see more than 10 people skating at them. I agree that the youth need something but i also think that if they want to do adult crimes they need to be punished as an adult regarless if they are 12 or 20.
