Responsive Web Design ... please. All Typepad templates should be automatically optimized for desktop, tablet and smartphones.
Also, please make it easier for Typepad customers to request your professional services -- at different pricing levels -- for design enhancements from Typepad. I've been wanting to redesign creatorbase.com for more than a year, and pay Typepad to do it, but every time I start this process, it stops because it's all email communications. Give current customer 15 minutes on the phone to discuss strategy, needs, etc. (charge them if necessary by the quarter hour) and then come back with a simple, creative brief/recommendations for clients (not new customers) to make a decision and move forward. Make doing business with current customers/advocates easier.
