I started practicing yoga in a studio as part of my recovery from spine surgery 6yrs ago and it has helped me in so many ways! The last few month have been so hard schedule wise that was just talking with my Husband about switching to practice at home instead so that I can fit it into my day...this would be SO perfect to help with that!!
