Many years ago, I remember seeing graffiti on a highway crash barrier that was renewed regularly, so it never faded. It urged: "Buy American. Everything is for sale!" This is nowhere more evident than when Scott and his Republican legislative mafioso take sacks of cash from favored industries and then launch anti-taxpayer, anti-consumer legislation to pay off those campaign debts. There is not a single piece of pro-Florida, pro-taxpayer, pro-consumer legislation, nor even any element of same, in the bills and initiatives the Herald has listed? When will voters realize that these are the Music Men?
