You have completely made up a scenario here. Kidman and Urban and the other landowners DID NOT approve the drilling. It's been approved by the Australian council government. The landowners had no say in the matter.
"But the drill timeline has been recently brought forward after the timely receipt of all necessary approvals from the NSW Government"
Read thoroughly BEFORE you assume anything.
