Dear Michael , just a quick note to wish you the best for the future ! you can be proud of the tremendous job you did within those 6/7 years at Le Bernardin ! you deserve your reputation and your status as of one of the best Pastry Chef in the country ...you are always aware, curious, talented, humble and willing to teach the youngest generation ...this is what our industry is about.
