Wherever Wine and Dine Around Gal Goes Crowds Follow
Interests: Gail Gerson-Witte, the President of Wine, Dine and Leisure-Time, has a huge following of both readers and clients from every ethnic group as she has established herself both as a well read dining and travel writer and as a promotional writer who thinks outside of the box and increases business and the reader's interest with every article she writes. Her successful television show, Wine Dine and Leisure-Time News earned over 30 awards and was on CTN, with guest pieces on WOR-TV and 9 other cable outlets for 10 years. She is a guest theatre critic and is curently shooting on location for her new show "Wine, Dine and Leisure Time" on Staten Island CTV. She is the Event's Coordinator of the Garden State Press Club, on the board of countless organizations and a graduate of Performing Arts in NYC and Syracuse University, where her combined degrees in Drama and English became the basis of her thinking and writing with both a researching and dramatic flair. Gail does not accept a promotional client unless they are top quality and she and her team of qualified researchers thoroughly investigate every aspect of the client's presentations by attending a 'Press Dinner', going on a travel adventure or visiting a hotel spa with 5-8 of her researching critics and experiencing first-hand every aspect of the place from every angle. You never know what will happen at the press dinners. Each researcher gives his or her opinion and contributes to the story. Many praise her abilities and attest that Gail's advertorials are the main reason that their business has expanded. Her stories and reviews appear weekly in The Star Ledger, New York Times, Daily News and Asbury Park Press with guest appearances in the Rockland Journal, Westchester Gannett, Staten Island Advance, Home News Tribune, Star Ledger, Wall Street Journal and many more. Additionally, Gail contributes, chairs and directs many charity events during the season thus giving back to the community. Currently a plan is underway to integrate five local newspapers with Gail writing a dining and travel column in each, and her guest critics as the co-writers and contributing bloggers. INTERNATIONAL FOOD, WINE & TRAVEL WRITER'S ASSOCIATION - As the Regional Director of New York and New Jersey, it has been my honor to be a part of this prestigious organization. The members span across the United States and into Europe and as far as Australia. The president, Maralyn Hill, has brought the organization to a point where I consider it, the pinnacle of effectiveness. I have traveled to areas of the United States & Canada & discovered through their careful planning the highlights, history & dining of each area. Nova Scotia was amazing, Maine magical, Vermont exquisite, Richmond, Virginia enlightening. The Gulf Shores of Alabama, which I am currently writing about, brought new light and knowledge to the meaning of vacation & seafood. If you only have time & energy for one organization in your life and you are a writer, this is where you should be. Gail and her researchers go beyond food - They are all about living well, about good conversation with interesting friends and about sharing and creating new food and travel memories as they take time to enjoy the good life!
