I have to say, and I didn't read the comments above mine, so I don't know if I'm echoing the sentiment or not, but here goes. I personally didn't see Hunter as being hopeless, or evil. Yes, it is definitely dark, but in the end, there was hope. I very much enjoyed the story, paid for it, and would pay for any further installments (please please please) without hesitation.
