My friends and I were in 2nds two weeks ago--our opinions were divided between the buffalo bacon chicharon and the bacon chicharon with spiced vinegar (which i liked better). Aside from the bacon chicharon (just wished that there was more spice or "bite" to the vinegar), personal faves from the soft opening menu incl crisp duck confit on top of mashed potatoes and the grilled jamon serrano and manchego cheese. However, I felt that the salad accompanying the dishes on the side lacks tangy, citrus notes that would cut through the richness of the dishes. :)
