Finally, here's a belly picture. It's weird how I feel so much bigger than I seem in pictures. The belly is heavy, and I do feel the strain more than with T. With T, I did everything as normal pretty much until the day of labor, but I feel out of breath on stairs, am very much not graceful, and my belly (especially belly button) feels itchy all the time. 25 weeks now. So far this winter has been pretty quiet on the animal spotting front — it seemed like all the rain was keeping the critters away. It was with very low expectations that I just downloaded the photos off our trail cams from the last few weeks only to find a lion walking through the dark. It looks to be about the same size as the last one (although not being even close to an expert on these things, I welcome anyone else's opinion). Either way, so cool! Today marks another epic milestone in the Tyre and West families. My sister is in the process of giving birth as I type this!! And of course, in typical Lisa style, she has chosen to experience this for the third time in a cabin, in the middle of nowhere in Franconia, MN which has a 15amp electrical system on the fritz and is therefore heated by wood fires (last I heard it was up to 60 degrees!).
