What a great idea, thanks for sharing. Im off to get my scraps out. Im obsessed with trying to use as many of my scraps before I get out a pile of new papers. It drives me crazy!!! Ill be back, till next week, TTFN. Oh by the way I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for your inspiration. Today I started my first day of training, 8 mins of running, 22mins of fast paced walking.
