Wil, you could answer those who clamor for a Kindle edition by letting them know that Kindle owners can, for free, convert the PDF version to Kindle format by emailing it to at free dot kindle dot com, downloading it in the email they get back, and transferring it to the Kindle via USB. I do this with PDF books all the time and it works VERY well.

Hey Wil, Didn't have any other way to ask you, but October 17-18 I'm gaming for 24 hours for charity - the Texas Children's Hospital Cancer Center is again the beneficiary of Extra Life. I won't be table-top gaming, but I'll be playing WoW for 24 hours. I have NO sponsors yet, but I'm asking everyone I know - and I know you even if you don't know me ;) - to help by sponsoring with anything they can. If you *can*/*want to*, you can sponsor me at http://www.sixcupsofcoffee.com/ and hit the ExtraLife link in the upper right. I think it's a good cause, but given no one I know has sponsored me yet, maybe only I think that... :( - John

So lame. Digital content is the same as physical content in that if you can't afford it, don't fucking buy it, but don't steal it either. I'd love your audiobook, but I'll wait til I can buy it directly from you. We all deserve to be paid for our work. You should take his ass down.

My condolences. Many people have pets that are loved almost like family, and it's obvious that was the case with Ferris, who was very lucky to have a family like yours to love him the way you did.

Somehow I never knew you did a voice in The Secret of NIMH. I was just watching it for nostalgia's sake and saw you in the credits. Neat!

Wil, glad to know the Bathtub Incident didn't do permanent damage. Get better, man. I hope Anne isn't going too crazy with you on bedrest duty. :)

I <3 xkcd and ALL their shirts. I have Science, Sudo Make Me a Sandwich (my favorite since only 1 out of 10 passersby gets it), My Normal Approach, and Just Shy.

It would've been nice to be there. BTW, I added your blog to Thotmarket, which is a new Blog Stock Market, as it were. It's in beta, and you can check out your stock at http://thotmarket.com/thot.php?id=MTg2MTY5OS43Mg== - it's kind of low because I just added it. Gonna go check out your keynote on YouTube!

This kind of thing enrages me. There was a crime-drama show called The Black Donnellys awhile back on NBC, which died a death because the bastards didn't give it a chance, despite the critical acclaim and viewer response. I wrote a letter to NBC reminding them that shows like X Files and even ST:TOS had been given a chance and not axed after six episodes, even though they, too, had shitty timeslots and not an immediate six million viewers. There was even a petition campaign, all to no avail. These guys have no clue. None.
