Im still embarrassed to show my belly. So I'm jealous of Dave in the platonic non-gay way.
Side note...ran the new Marine Corps Combat Fitness Test today ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwTMnWbSZgA )and absolutely CRUSHED it. Jeff and Laura, we need to talk and see if we cant make that a WOD. It was AWESOME! I can see OSCF having a blast with it.

P.S. Thanks to everyone for being supremely awesome to my daughter,Taylor, during her first week at OSCF. The first couple of days were a bit rough, but I think it's gonna stick. (Especially now that she fired me as her coach!)

This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is."
