Well it didn't pan out with Lamar Odom. Now we turn our hopes to Beasley maturing and improving on the court; same with Chalmers. And maybe Dorell Wright will turn out to be a decent option at small forward. Of the 2 second round picks, what I heard is Dozier might turn out to be a good small forward, time will tell. We still have the possibility to sign Jammal Tinsley and I would go forward with it if it's for 1 year at the veteran's minimum or there abouts. Good work Ira, keep us posted, no pun intended.
Stanlove: What is skewed and deceiving is having No as the first answer. I do believe Ira is very knowledgeable and his articles are very good, when he goes on blog mode that is not journalism so is more personal opinion. Give it a rest, everybody attacks him when he is not in tune with them or expresses a different opinion. Keep the good work Ira. I live in GA now for the last 3 years and follow of my Florida teams through the Sun Sentinel. I do believe Beasley is talented enough that he will learn how to play small forward and become even more versatile. We just need patience with him, give him two more years or let's see what he does this incoming season and we will have a better forecast on him.
